Today is the day that I can officially say I’ve lost 30 pounds in 90 days💪🏻 To be honest, I don’t know who that person is on the left. Never did and never want to meet him again. These last few months have really shown me what it takes to lose weight and taught me an INSANE amount about diet and being diligent. Starting at 207 pounds, I was absolutely shocked at how much weight I had gained. I had always been in the 170-180lbs range so you can imagine how surprised I was when when I weighed myself for the first time in a while and saw 207 lbs! I don’t talk about my personal battles on social media much and tend to isolate myself when I have things to work on. My weight was definitely one of those silent battles that I had been fighting for a while. I believe that in life, we all have our breaking points and I had hit mine. I have been extremely committed to my diet, counting my calories daily, and have been ASTOUNDED with the results! Your diet is truly 70% of the battle and needs to be taken extremely seriously along side exercise! This is a life style change and I am just getting started! I am going to get down to 170 lbs and work my way back up to 180 lbs of lean muscle! I will keep updating you all along the way and hopefully any information I can provide from my journey can help you on yours! I wanted to give a huge thank you to @purpdrank for inspiring me to take my physical health more seriously and @johannesbartl for always giving me the best fitness advice! This is the best I have felt in a long time!😊💪🏻
