 CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BITES🤎 

🍫Ingredients🍫
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon hot water
@childlifeessentials Vitamin D-3 drops per child’s dosage
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

🍫Instructions🍫
In a mixing bowl, mash the berries, chia seeds, maple syrup, water, and vitamin D-3 drops together.

Line a plate or sheet pan with parchment and, using an ice cream scooper, place 16 dollops on prepared pan. Freeze for 3 - 4 hours. Coat with melted chocolate and freeze until the chocolate has hardened. Store in freezer.
