CIRCUIT:
1️⃣ Lunge Switch
2️⃣ Squat Jump Knee Tap
3️⃣ Traveling Lunge - Reverse Lunge - Squat Tip Toe 
4️⃣ Half Plank Oblique Kick
5️⃣ Standing Leg Extension
6️⃣ Lunge Switch
7️⃣ Squat Jump Knee Tap
8️⃣ Traveling Side - Side Squat

METHOD: 
Perform each exercise for 30-60 seconds. Complete 3 rounds total. 5 minute rest between each round. Finish with a light cool down and stretch.
