Recuerdo como si fuera ayer el proceso de 7 meses de audiciones para lograr ser parte de esta película. Fue un proceso diferente al que acostumbro, no había leído el libreto, no sabía que personaje estaría disponible. Solo sabía que quería ser parte de la historia de este icónico musical y ser parte del cambio en Hollywood representando auténticamente a mi gente. Lanzarme sin saber nada me trajo grandes regalos, experiencias mágicas y me ha inspirado como nunca. Disfruten el talento de un elenco lleno de pasión, sueños y amor. I vividly remember how the audition process lasted 7 months until finally landing a role in this film. The process was very different to what I’m used to, I hadn’t read the script, and I didn’t even know what character would be available. I just knew that I wanted to be a part of the history of this musical and become part of the change in the industry representing my people authentically. Launching myself into the unknown brought me the greatest gifts, the most magical experiences, and has inspired me like never before.
