The same voice that says "give up" can also be trained to say "keep going" This year, if noticed, I lost all my motivation to workout. In June I felt guilty about my lack of dedication & decided to reset my goals. I started training regularly again in July & it truly feels like a punishing journey but my mind has powered me to push further. If you are lacking motivation, remember you are not failing, you just need a shift in focus. 🏋🏽‍♀️ @yolanda_sokhela
