Raw leg day 🙉 I’m still dizzy after this one. We made a session based on what we felt like doing, and ended up crushing glutes, hamstring and quads 🔥 ✖️ Smith Sumo squat to bench 5 x 8-13 reps (drop set on the last set😭) ✖️Reverse hack squat 3 x 10-12 ✖️ Bulgarian split squat 3 x 8-10 reps (each leg) ✖️ Leg extension 3 x 10-12 reps ✖️ Leg curl 3 x 10-12 reps Remember 2-3 min rest between sets Now, tell me; How did you spend your Saturday night? 😍

What’s hard about trying to inspire on Social Media every day is that I have bad training days too.. I’m not gonna lie, it is hard to find a fitting motivational caption that matches my “badass” workout, when the truth is the total opposite.
