English and Arabic Below إنجليزي و عربي كملوا قراية لتحت A few weeks ago I visited a young Palestinian student who was shot with two of his friends for speaking Arabic in Vermont because the criminal who heard them decided it’s a crime punishable by death. The bullet went through his spine and now he is on a wheelchair . When I took a photo with him he was wearing a jersey of a football club in Chile called @palestino . A club that was founded by Palestinians who were kicked out of their homeland and decided to carry the memory and tradition all the way to the end of the world in Chile . The club sent me this T shirt and I am very grateful for this wonderful gesture. Get well soon HISHAM . P.S. I am wearing the shorts for the Egyptian National team from AFCON 2008. They fit nicely together . Good luck for Egypt and Palestine in the African and Asian Cup . I am rooting for the @suns in this NBA finals for one reason :Chris Paul @cp3 . Not just because he is one of the most talented basketball players in the world and not because I took this photo with him , but because on that day he told me he has been on plant based diet for a while and how it transformed his game , improved his recovery time and helped him with injuries and inflammation. To see a genius like this outperforming kids half his age as he turned 36 and how he dominated the season makes me proud and happy and can show the world that being powered by plants is not a drawback or an obstacle but something that can make you excel thrive and win. I have been on plant based diet for almost 8 years and these sisters were one of the most inspiring stories I have come across: @ninanelson and @randanelson are twins. They are lovely performers me very talented . Growing up they suffered from a horrible problem of acne which affected their careers. They managed to turn things around through diet and they ended up having their own book and their own line of beauty and skin care products. I am so so so proud of them and I can’t wait to see them thrive and succeed.
