Here’s a progress picture I never thought I’d ever post 😄 this was a few days into my workout, so no physical progress yet, but this was the first time I looked in the mirror not with a physical progress, but a mental one - I loved what I saw fully for the first time, ever. Anyways that’s why it’s not edited, and the messy background isn’t cleared, it really was just a self-love moment, revealing my arms and legs, acknowledging this beauty God created; you can see the difference in poses from years ago to this image right here, & the kind of words I had to overcome to get to this point. Be sure to acknowledge your emotional and mental progress as well, trust me it’ll speed up the physical one 😂🙌🏽
